The Australian Government has released a new Support at Home Program Guide designed to help older people, families, and carers understand upcoming changes to in-home aged care.

This user-friendly guide explains what the Support at Home Program is, how it will work, and what individuals can expect when the reforms begin on 1 November 2025. It also outlines how to prepare for the transition from the current Home Care Package Program to the new streamlined system.
