Dementia Care and Support Coordinator |

The Dementia Care and Support Coordinator leads AMCS’s Dementia Respite Centre, coordinating dementia support services, client assessments and care plans, supervising staff and volunteers, delivering group programs, and working collaboratively with carers and community stakeholders to provide high-quality, person-centred care for people living with dementia. The role involves regular travel to various community centres across the City of Casey to support the delivery of dementia respite programs and services. |
