Accounts Assistant (Payable) – Maternity Replacement

Location: Seddon, Melbourne VIC

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $31 – $34 per hour

Description:

  • Support weekly payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle credit card and petty cash reconciliations
  • Assist with Cabcharge processing for clients and groups
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions
  • Full-time position based at our Seddon office
  • Immediate start – maternity leave contract

Personal Care Workers

Location: Inner West Melbourne Suburbs, Northern Melbourne Suburbs, and Geelong.

Pay Rate: $41.13 – $43.74

Description: 

  • Provide personal care to our valued senior clients such as showering, dressing and grooming
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as laundry, ironing, linen change
  • Act as a support companion and assist with shopping and medical appointments
  • Enjoy being part of a large supportive team with strong values and a client focus
