Personal Care Workers

Location: South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne including Ringwood, Point Cook, Narre Warren, Endeavour Hills

Description: 

  • Provide personal care to our valued senior clients such as showering, dressing and grooming
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as laundry, ironing, linen change
  • Act as a support companion and assist with shopping and medical appointments

CHSP Administration, Coordination and Support Officer

Location: Seddon VIC 3011 (Hybrid work)

Closing Date: 25th November 2024

Description:

  • Provide administrative support for the CHSP program
  • Assist with client care plans, reviews, and My Aged Care tasks
  • Maintain client records and manage service requests
  • Prepare rosters and handle scheduling for support workers
  • Collaborate with teams to support CALD seniors
