FREE Online Yoga for Seniors: Exercise for Fitness and Fun

We support seniors in embracing a holistic approach to health through the transformative practice of yoga. Led by the experienced Aaron Joyner, our FREE Zoom sessions every Tuesday provide a nurturing space for seniors to explore the benefits of yoga.
