In our efforts for continuous improvement, Australian Multicultural Community Services regularly survey’s clients and loved ones of our Home Care Package Program to ensure all services are being provided with the highest level of quality care.
This year we are pleased to share some of the results from the friends and loved ones of our Home Care Package clients. At AMCS we understand that care roles are significant and hope that our services and approach to care can make things slightly easier for those in these roles.
Spouses, siblings, children and friends are often involved in the decision-making process when it comes time for Home Care. At AMCS we aim to ensure that all people who are navigating the aged care system are supported in understanding the services available to them or their loved one. We are proud to have received such positive feedback from those in these care roles.
On seeing the responses to our latest satisfaction survey, Darrell Hardidge from Saguity said:
“AMCS has achieved an outstanding result from the recent client experience research project. Considering the challenges, we hear of in general business, with employee issues and staff shortages, the results for AMCS are beyond the standards of mainstream business. What also must be remembered is the highly emotional connections and challenges the team face every day, especially with the impacts of COVID management. If AMCS was delivering an average standard of satisfaction it would have been clearly reported in the results. However, the results are very clear that the AMCS team are delivering optimal performance and the clients are truly appreciative of all their hard work and dedication. AMCS has a lot to be very proud of and can truly declare they are world class standard in client service.”
