In ABC 7:30 Report and Online, AMCS CEO Elizabeth Drozd addresses the staff shortages impacting older Australians on home care packages.

A Productivity Commission report identified the need for a significant increase to the aged care workforce 10 years ago.

“I’m afraid not enough has been done about it, even prior to the pandemic,” Ms Drozd said.
