Inside Ageing: Diversifying governance in aged care through inclusive leadership
AMCS CEO Elizabeth Drozd is in Inside Ageing with our valued partner Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing to address the need for more work at a governance and leadership level to support the cultural, linguistic, spiritual and lifestyle requirements of consumers.
“Australian seniors from CALD backgrounds deserve the right to a seat at the table when it comes to policy reform that directly affects them and their care needs,” Ms Drozd said.
