2022 Home Care Client Survey Results
We are excited to share the results of our latest Home Care Package Program Client Survey. We are incredibly proud of these results and want to thank the clients who participated as well as the AMCS team for delivering quality services and working with such dedication to deliver care, support and empowerment.
- 99.5% of clients surveyed
feel that their decisions about how to live their lives are supported and respected - 98% of clients surveyed are confident that their feedback will be managed fairly
- 97% of clients surveyed feel that they receive safe and correct personal and/or clinical care to improve their health and wellbeing
- 96% of clients surveyed feel that they receive regular and easy to understand information in their preferred language
- 95% of clients surveyed would recommend us to a friend
